Q: I requested a full turkey and I haven't heard anything back on the details. When will I hear?
A: Fresh WHOLE Turkey prices will be available on 11/19/20. Our manager plans to call those people who ordered a fresh turkey to confirm pricing.
Q: How will my food be packaged?
A: For individual orders (ex. Single Turkey Dinner) - each order will be packaged as a complete meal including all the fixings. For family meals, four or more of the same item (ex. Four orders of turkey dinners), each item in the meal will be packaged separately. Ex. turkey will be packaged together, all stuffing packaged together.
Q: I ordered a Thanksgiving Dinner - will my sides all be separate?
A: See answer above.
Q: I requested a substitution. Will I be guaranteed a substitution?
A: No substitutions are guaranteed. The Meal deal is a pre-designed package. Given the number of meals order, substitutions are not practical. With that said, if you want a different side, the sides are offered as alla carte items and can be added for an additional cost. When you pick up your meal - if your substitution request was not met, you may ask at that time for an additional menu item - and if available we will meet your request and take payment for that item only.
Q: What is the PICK UP process?
A: You have been assigned a Pick Up Number. It is the last two digits of the phone number you provided at the time of the order and the first initial of the first name of the person who placed the order.
Ex. If your phone number is 910-555-1212 and you placed the order and your name is Carol....your PICK UP NUMBER IS: 12C
You have been assigned a pick up time. CLICK HERE TO SEE SCHEDULE. Two people are permitted in the store at a time (with Masks please!). Since all orders will be paid for in advance, you simply need to provide your pick up number and we will review and package your meal for your. If at that time you need to purchase any sides or desserts, some will be available at that time - cash or checks only for any additional items.
Q: I ordered a Turkey Dinner - What does it include?
A: Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, String Beans, Cranberry Sauce, Dressing, Gravy. Gravy is served atop of the Turkey.
Q: I ordered a Ham Dinner - What does it include?
Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, String Beans, Cranberry Sauce, Dressing, Gravy. Ham gravy is served atop of the ham.
Q: What if I didn't get a pick up number when I placed my order? See Answer above.

Q: Will you be allowing people to come in the store the day of pick up?
A: Yes, two at a time. If you can not physically wait outside, you can wait in your car. You will need to get our attendant's attention and she / he will ask you for your pick up number. Since all orders will be paid for in advance, we are simply providing you your complete order.
Q: Can I add items the day of pick up
A: Possibly. We always make extras - gravy, stuffing, cranberry chutney, ham, turkey. You may purchase those - if available that day - CASH OR CHECK ONLY. If you know now you need something else - order it before Friday so you are covered.
Q: What time is pick up?

Q: How much food is included in a single order? Will a single feed more than one? Will I have left overs.
A: The meal deal, for a single is $15.95. The meal is designed and priced for ONE PERSON. If you need food for more than one person or want leftovers, plan accordingly and order additional meals.
Q: Is Gravy on my turkey or ham order?
A. Yes.
Q: I haven't paid for my order...when is the best time to call or come in with payment?
A: You are not guaranteed your order unless you are paid in full by Friday 11/20/20.
We prefer you stop in with cash or check. However, if credit card is your only option, recall there is a minimum $2.00 processing (alternatively 4% fee) will be added to the order.
Q: What forms of payment do you take?
A: Cash, Check or Charge (Note: Charge Cards come with processing fees). We prefer Cash.
Q: Are you offering PIECES of pies.
A: Yes. If you missed out on ordering pie pieces - you can still add a piece of($3.95):
a. Apple Caramel Pie
b. Bourbon Pecan Pie
c. Pumpkin Pie
d. Pumpkin Latten Cake
Again, we encourage you add these now and not wait till the day of pick up. We will run out.
Q: How do I tip the employees of Gourmet to Go?
A: Although we don't expect tips, we appreciate tips. For this event, 50% of our tips will go to our Chef - Chef Tom and 50% will be divided up among our helpers for that day and those who prepared to make this a successful event. Please know - our employees appreciate our customers and your generosity.
Q: I have a food allergy. Will you isolate my food?
A: If you have not communicated an food allergy - we recommend you call before Friday to discuss if we can accommodate.
Q: How do I reheat my food? Is my dinner cooked?
